The 2022 Roussanne CB is delicate with white peach, sage and wet stone aromas. It opens with a pleasant inner sweetness, contrasted by crisp mineral tones and crunchy, pithy fruit, all on a medium-weight frame. I am so pleased with this sangiovese that I don't believe it myself.
It looks brilliant and transparent
It feels vibrant, irony and smooth
The freshness plays all the game like in a sangio from Tuscany.
It reminds me a bit of a Rosso di Montalcino by Stella di Campalto or a good Chianti from Radda.
