The lightest of rosé in colour.
Nose with an intriguing mix of exotic fruit (cantaloupe, peach, mandarins peel) and a savory edge (dried herbs, salty edge).
Light on the palate with a nice, rounded mouthfeel (2m on the lees) with fresh, juicy acidity and a nice, slightly fruity-herby finish.
Super nice for sipping.
A blend of Sumoll, Picpoul noir and Mando. — 2 months ago
Soft and full of pefrumed flavors of peach, mando and melon. Great balancing acidity and a huge finish. — 8 years ago
Lovely, fresh strawberries, some raspberry, cloves, and a super nice forest undergrowth note. Enticing!
Light on the palate, aetheric, yet with some juicy acidity and a light tannic touch. Lovely mouthfeel, juicy, so fresh, so good friendly. Ending with a warm, spicy note.
Aged in amphorae.

Very fine bubbles. A quaffable Cava that would compare well to a rosé champagne — 21 days ago
