No hay nada como Borgoña...excelente vino, desde abierto fué cambiando en la nariz, de algo smoky, a practicamente oler el viñedo luego de una lluvia. Limestone era evidente con buena acidez. Hecho de manera organica y natural, como debe ser. — 9 months ago

Pretty wild, like sherry, honey mead-y over fermented sweetness with orange citrus notes and a lighter finish. Fascinating!
TIL it tastes like sherry because it shares a technique, aging "under flor" which is a layer of yeast that forms in the top of the barrel where a bit of air is purposefully allowed in, that oxidative exposure is responsible for the intense umami, sherry-like flavors — 8 months ago
Reserva- 2017- single vineyard- Tempranillo, garnacha and viura. Deep ruby color. On the nose, dark jammy and ripe berry, some oak and light smoke. On the palate, dark berry, jammy, dark cherry, oak, smoke and nice long finish with oak, jammy berry and vanilla. Full bodied wine with nice chewy tannins — 3 years ago
