Top notch vermentino from Patrimonio, Corsica. Needed a few years in bottle - now drinking perfectly — 5 years ago
Salty and sweet. Like sour cherry. But fat pickle juice or shit. Maybe some salted lemon — 6 years ago
Albore Vermentinu Patrimonio ( Corsica) by Nicolas Mariotti Bindi. No vintage mentioned. Lovely fresh white, with a gorgeous salty finish. The wines from this lovely small producer are hard to find but well worth the search. Very low sulfites (< 15 mg/l). Abv. 13%. — 2 years ago
Bright ruby red; Nose: raspberry, leather, smoke; Palate: slight salinity, red fruit, medium body, medium acid, grippy but relenting tannins. — 6 years ago
Very settled on the palate with a terroir finish with some minerality taste.. a bit on the dry side which is perfect for some seafood pasta..! ♥️ — 3 years ago
