Wow... Depth, intensity, power and class. So balanced but with everything turned up to the max. Mocha, kirsch, blackberry, tar, liquorice and every other black fruit descriptor you can imagine. Tannin and acid flooding through the mid palate and finish. Length and length. What a fantastically made wine from an epic year. Thanks to the man that opened it. I end the way I opened....
