Black fruits (plum, blackcurrant), well-integrated oaky tertiary notes. Aromas of coffee, caramel, tar, tobacco, musk, humus. Beautiful aromatic range, and flexible.
Fruit noirs (prune, cassis), notes tertiaires boisées bien intégrées, avec des notes café, caramel, goudron, tabac, musk, humus. Belle gamme aromatique, et souple. — 3 years ago

Sunlight des tropiques (like a famous Belgian song) brewed in the Mons area. Session IPA with strong ananas and tropical fruit hints. The label points a variety if hops: citra, mandarina, bavaria, chinook, colombus. Perfect. — 2 years ago

This is ACTUALLY the Mountain Plains White Blend. First vintage for this 3 Portion blend of Petit Manseng/Vio/Chard. 18 mons on barrel - while the tastes is hugely obtuse right now, the mouthfeel is wonderful. I have 1 more bottle and think another 2 years in bottle will make it sing. Nice effort Matthieu. — 5 years ago
