Had this with dinner of salmon with spinach and cauliflower rice. Went great with a light meal and was even better on the patio after. — 7 years ago

Mostly Monastrell (with a small percentage, about 5-6% of Moravia Agria and other varieties) from very old, ungrafted vines from the Yesares lieu-dit, at 870m elevation. Fermented with some whole-clusters, aged in oak. Aromas of red and dark fruit, tar. Very fresh, juicy. — 2 years ago

Not only am I in love with this, it is also from the town my 4th Great Grandfather, Jakob Hollub, started! Moravia, Tx. — 11 years ago
Weird but dope. Smells like a cab sauv or cab franc. green peppercorn, deep fruit, menthol. Drinks very light to medium. Bright acidity, tart red plum, peppercorns again excellent structure. 12,5%. Very interesting. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to see a totally different side of Cabernet. Correction: the grape is Cabernet Moravia. Offspring of Cabernet Franc and Zweigelt. — 12 years ago
Very addictive. Better the second time trying this wine. — 3 years ago

From Envinate. Juicy red fruit, bright acidity, medium bodied, herbal notes, with mild pepper finish. Garnacha tintorera (Alicante bouchette), 70%. Moravia Agria (high acid, low alcohol blending grape), 30%. Near Castilla-La Mancha . — 7 years ago

Beautiful! Czech fortified, tastes like lemon and peach iced tea — 10 years ago
Beautiful dark, spicy stuff -- but not heavy at all. Lovely acidic lift especially with the mole negro and a black bean-based tlayuda. Thanks @Lou Amdur ! — 11 years ago
