Austin Hope! 2021 Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon!!!!!!!!! Delicious! This amazing wine has a beautiful bouquet that reminds me of a field of fresh lavender and lemongrass! The pallet gives us an amazing black currant, blueberry, coffee bean, as well as some chocolate and Oaky earth-tones. It has a very moderately dry finish. I just went to the winery’s webpage and ordered a case of their different wines. You must check this Hope family winery out. Hopefamilywines.com Excellent!!!!!!!!! — 9 months ago
An oaky Chardonnay with nice fruit notes. — a month ago
Oaky and smooth. This wine has become one of our favorites! — 4 months ago
The 2020 Clio is a blend of 70% Monastrell and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the Zingla Vineyard, which was planted in 1936 in Jumilla. Aged for 22 months in French and American oak barrels, this garnet wine unfolds in the glass with ripe black fruit and dried fruit notes, layered with herbal and oaky nuances and a prominent vanilla tone. Indulgent and bold, the rich palate features a velvety, overwhelming mouthfeel. This is a ripe, concentrated red born under the Mediterranean sun. (Joaquín Hidalgo, Vinous, September 2024)

If you are over the buttery, oaky California Chardonnay then this is for you. — 4 years ago
Oaky but not heavy, with plenty of flavor. 2022 vintage — a month ago
Deep, dark Ruby with a big fruity nose and lots of ripe berries with oaky notes. Jammy big and bold blackberry flavors with some spice, cacao, cedar and leather notes with nice mouthfeel. Big fine tannins with berry fruit carried over to the finish with oak and sweet spice. Nice! — 6 months ago
Dark yellow on color. Definitely mellowed more but oaky. Interesting to try a later vintage. This was ok but may have been a bit too aged. — 3 years ago

Slightly too oaky. It will need them a few years to come together and probably blooming nicely. — 3 days ago
