High quality Merlot. The intensity in aroma and flavor after ten years is impressive. Well balanced, good fruit, tannins, well integrated. Slightly brickish in color. Really delicious wine. — 5 years ago

Wow. This is an amazing zin. Rich fruit with blackberry, with a bit of leather. I'm mostly a earthy cab and Rioja lover, so this surprised me. Someone gave us a bottle and since I was in SF for the weekend I went the tiny winery in Livermore and bought a case. — 7 years ago

A very nice Petite Syrah that was part of our wine club allotment from Wine Steward in Pleasanton, Ca. Full bodied with a deep concentration of fruit. Would definitely buy again — 6 years ago
