Suuuuuuuper peaty Octomore but in a good way. Loooooved it. — 4 years ago
Yet another fine Octomore — 10 years ago
60% and not boozy. Quite a feat. Prefer this over Octomore any day. @GaryWestby and co => bring it on! — 11 years ago
Super. Very smoky and very complex. A couple of drops of distilled water and it opened up amazing. Chocolate, oatmeal, bran, vanilla, caramel. — 3 years ago
Peat and salinity are definitely at the forefront. But I love both and there is enough malt to provide some balance to my taste. — 4 years ago
You can recognise the citric smell of Bruichladdich and other familiar aromatics. The taste is surprising, strong and earthy — 8 years ago
PPM 169. When opened, can smell the peat five feet away. When shoving glass right beneath nose, aroma is (surprisingly) apricots and fruit. In mouth is like massive barbecue woodsmoke attack. Long lingering notes of bourbon cask, dying pitfire embers. Most assertive Islay I have tasted. — 9 years ago

Octomore 10 year. Best ever. — 11 years ago
Beautiful scotch. Can't even taste the 57.1%. Massive peat. — 12 years ago
The 13.3 version is still a stunner. A touch sweeter than the 10.3 but still lovely. Lots of smoke, smooth, with a bite and a complex finish. Will continue to buy these every year. Love. — 4 years ago

Edition 6.3 — 6 years ago
Gloriously peaty — 7 years ago
My first octomore, fell in love. Truly delicious — 10 years ago
An amazingly peaty experience. Strong barley nose but the first sip just hits you like a sledgehammer due to the enormous amount of peat. The best octomore I've tried so far. — 10 years ago
Not as peaty as other Octomores I've had. And that's perfectly fine. This was the first in the frosted bottle I've had. Solid. Would buy for an every night scotch. — 11 years ago
