Sofia loved Penguins. We played w/ them in Dubai and she also skied indoor while I had a spot of Champagne and watched from a very big window. Only in Dubai. They have to build things of that nature…cus w/o them…just a bunch of sand. — 2 years ago

Non vintage but with >5 years bottle age. Amazingly dry and crisp. Was not expecting apple and dryness. So fine with yeasty notes. Long and satisfying — 7 months ago
Accessible and classic, this is a beautiful example of a Blanc des Blancs that while young you can drink now and enjoy the facets of a great Blanc de Blancs: energy, tension, citrus, green apple, chalk and minerality, good cut but generous. Will ade too. Silky fine bubbles. — 9 months ago
Nice soft mousse body, yellow peach, tropical melons, pineapple, some lemon meringue, lime zest, slightly bitter apple cider, whipped cream, hard chalkiness, alluvial limestone, saline, sea fossils, bread crust, yeastiness, yellow florals, racey acidity, nicely balanced & structured with a finish that lasts 90 seconds.
Needs a few more years in bottle. — 2 years ago

We thought this would give the Comtes a run for its money, it did not. Same year and we were all disappointed. Was it the year? The bottle? Something else? Something muffled the incredible flavor profile of this champagne - trying it again 2 hours later it was better, but still a far cry from the Comtes. We’ll have to try that again soon to determine whether we just had an off bottle — 14 days ago
