Eh. It's good, not $100 good though. It's balanced and the tannins are soft. But it's not that Big Bang drag me out by my pant legs big that I like in century-level Cabernet. — 8 years ago
Mature with some secondary toasty caramel quality, but the reduced mineral tinged pant style is still strong. There was no premox issues, and the only problem with the wine is that texturally it was a little disjointed and maybe a touch richer than I would prefer. The oak was not fully integrated either... it also just got off of the plane with me, so who knows, maybe it was a bit shook up🤷♂️ — 7 years ago
Pant-moisteningly good. Full with a meaningful but not over powering tannin structure. Big notes, needs food. But again, not overwhelming — 9 years ago
When you're stuck out at the Cherokee resort and casino taking classes for 3 days thank god there's a Ruth Chris and good wine. There is wayyyyy to much tie dye and sweat pant material here for me. 😳🍷🍷🍷🍷 — 8 years ago
This is ridiculous. Most interesting rose I've ever had. Nose is yeasty, earthy, minerally, so ripe and sappy. I could sniff this for hours. Way more depth of flavor than even good roses too: it's like sending a perfectly extracted Pinot red to a custom car shop to make into an awesome wine you can serve chilled. Terrific length and freshness. Dang! @Lyle Fass better get some more of this! (Oh, and another thing. I had to decant it because it threw a pant load of sediment . . . which is a GOOD thing!) — 8 years ago

Bent my mind which honestly, could use some yoga at least. Nuttiness is my fave tasting note but there’s Christmas and a cedar hope chest in there sluiced with some lemon zest. But my most honest review will always be my synesthesia between wine and clothes so here goes: Suede pant suit in burgundy and beige the top and bottom half of each. Bam. — 2 years ago
