Round, ripe apple, creamy oxidative and mature. Good structure. Mod acidity to give it a spine. Surprisingly satisfying. Far from most Cava I have been exposed to and very much in the Champs camp - perhaps the pinot noir/chardonnay combo rather than the classic Spanish grapes. Great QPR. — 4 months ago
