Discovered this little gem at The Ordinary Raw Bar in Charleston, SC. I asked for a dry rose and looked over to see the bartender pouring sparkling. I was not excited. Then I was blown away. Show stopper! Bright and vibrant with a perfect pepper grip. Love love love. — 2 months ago

LOVE. Loire might be my favourite French region.
Some green pepper on the nose. Dangerously drinkable. Food friendly. Went well with spiced ground beef and rice, but this red would be a good companion for red or white meat, Indian dishes, or on its own. — 6 years ago

Perfumed, complex and beguiling. Golden syrup, toffee and nuts, citrus, raisins, Christmas candy—what a symphony! A glass of this delight was how I ended my recent nose-to-tail dinner at St. John Restaurant in Smithfield, London. — 5 months ago

vintage 2022 | Pineau d’Aunis. So light harted. Raspberry expression and some iron. Stubborn fine taste. Paired with a classic from home: tartare tartlet. Simple but so lovely. Interesting unknown part of the enormous Loire area: Coteaux du Loir (without e). — 2 hours ago
