Nose is deep and layered with green tea, herbs, lemon flesh, and some white cherries and even red currants. So unique. Very open and inviting. Piquant almost and has that wonderful combo of openness and intense narrow minerals that only dry German Riesling can get. Wow, juicy and with so much fruit! Lemon patty here and also passion fruit and cantaloupe and gorgeous sweet minerals but this is bone dry. Juicy and so engaging and wonderful length. Really good wine that is a level below GG but such a nice intro into the style of Stefan’s more serious wines. — a year ago
