Puzzled. Yet impressed.
The bottle I had 5 years ago was (and still is) the best dry Riesling I ever tasted. I remember that one as extrovert, extravagant, creamy and intensely mineral.
This bottle showed compact, reticent and juvenile. Beautiful wine, for sure, with plenty of life in it. But not the close to perfection experience I had a while ago. — 2 months ago
