What else but a Serbian Pinot Noir to start the week off? Aside from an impressive balance the nose and palate share wonderful petrol and forest floor notes not too unlike some Spatburgunders. Medium/ light body and the color is more dark crimson than Ruby. Paired with grapefruit roasted chicken & potatoes. — 2 years ago
