Good, but goes down a little harsh and with more sour and crunch than I remember since I first tried a couple years ago. Pours with a brick filter draped over dark crimson. Beefy bloody notes hanging around with magic marker upfront, then averages itself out with fruits and herbs and becomes altogether a vibrant lighter thing. Little hints of iodine and violet - just barely. — 2 years ago

Dense purple red, medium to high pigment extraction. Plum, cherry and black currant aromas. Rounded cherry flavor with lengthy, almost syrupy mouthfeel. Decanting should bring out additional flavors, including plum and cola. Spearmint and black pepper aftertaste. Nice layers to this one — 2 years ago
New vintage, yummy blackberries and, er, tobacco. Becoming a favorite. After 30 minutes, a healthy dose of fine-grained skin astringency emerges. Tangy or slightly tart on finish, with plenty of mouth-coating skin tannins. Worth decanting a couple of hours — 4 months ago

Light yellow, excellent clarity, citrus and thyme aromas, flavors of sweet lemon, lime with minerals and an almost creamy finish. Lime aftertaste. Super crisp overall. Pair with food, ideally. — 8 days ago
