A behemoth of a wine, super concentrated, pretty oaky, stewed fruits. Took a long time to open up. — 3 months ago
Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim.
Fruity nose with black fruits, cedar, spices and chocolates.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry and very fruity on the palate with black plums, cooked cherries, spices, oak, licorice, vanilla, chocolates, tobacco and herbs.
Spicy and tangy on the finish with soft tannins.
This 11 year old GSM blend from Paso Robles is complex and tasty.
Needed a couple of hours to open up properly, and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.
This Single Vineyard is rich and extracted. Fruit forward with a nice mouthfeel. Delicious.

I paired it with a Charcuterie board of meats and cheeses. Paired beautifully with the Prosciutto.
A blend of 51% Syrah, 31% Grenache and 18% Mourvedre.
15.2% alcohol by volume.

13 years young. still has life. Tannins and fruits still doing their job in harmony. Delicious. — 13 days ago
Love the Counoise element and this is definitely a lighter bodied wine relative to the Saxum range. Packing some heat and definitely needs time to come together - hopefully time will help. Hold (at least 3-5) — 2 months ago
Amazing!!! This is a blend that can’t be beat!! Have with lamb or other charred meats. Gorgeous!! — 3 months ago
More of a yellowish honey color, full body wine with some brief hints of citrus fruits, high acidity but did not take anything away from the flavor. Amazing wine and was so lucky to taste it! — 3 months ago
Strongly recommend decanting for several hours first. — 5 months ago

94 that leans into 95.
42% Grenache, 24% Mourvedre, 21% Syrah, 8% Coundise & 3% Roussanne. 15.8% ABV but drinks like 14.5-14.9. Pairing is Allen Brother’s Cowgirls.
This has nice evolution & integration.
It is ripe, juicy, lush grapey, very Grenache style with a bit of funk-gym locker. Blackberries, black raspberries, stewed plum, spiced dark cherries, cherries, deep, dark spices, black pepper, tary notes, steeped fruit tea, dry leaves, cigar with ash, dry, crushed rocks, dry river stone, limestone minerals, clove, dark spice, cinnamon stick, mid berry cola, liquid violets, lavender with dark & red flowers, excellent waterfall acidity. Balanced, excellent tension, richness, elegance and refined polish. — 4 days ago
