Must let it open for some minutes before tasting, let the demons out and then the softness reveals itself….

My thanks to Bryon Corbett for brining this lesser known wine last night at an amazing speakeasy in Atlanta. An Abreu cuvée with a nice complexity. Decanted for at least an hour certainly helped. It continued to develop in the glass to expose dark berry and coffee. Could still stay in the bottle for many years. — 5 years ago
