りんごやかりんなどのしっかりした果実なら後に、カリッと硬質？クリスプ？で、ジワジワと旨味と苦味がやってくる。苦味は果実のというよりは、ミネラルの苦味っぽい。
なかなか面白い白ワイン。

2018 / fresh, elegant Sangiovese from one of my favorite producers in the Chianti Classico area (Radda), lots of cherry fruit, silky smooth mouthfeel, this is so much more interesting than most Gran Seleziones being produced, simply outstanding — 4 months ago

Nice radda Chianti riserva but at this point at least not worth the $45+ price point over things like Istine or Tenuta Carleone at ~half the price or Boncie il Cinque at about the same price. Maybe in several years if it evens out? Gave it 3+ hours of air. Really a wonderful nose but the fruit doesn’t express that well and the tannins are a bit muddled. Nice refreshing acid on the finish though. — 5 months ago

割と甘めの味わいだったので、少し冷やし気味にしてみた。
チャーミングで心地よいフランボワーズや苺的な酸。キャンディ香。心地よいタンニン。
そして、ネガティブではないが少し青さも。
早摘のブドウで全房発酵を施しているのに、嫌な青さがなく、熟した味わいと心地よさがあるのはさすが。
ロゼでここまで滑らかで上質感があるのは初めてかも。 — 5 years ago
