Not too sweet, not too rustic; right in the middle 🎯
Soft notes of plums, black cherries, beefstew, garrigue, brown spices and a whiff of hearty umami nuances like porcini, sundried tomatoes and vegemite/soysauce.

👅Round & soft. Buttery, orange & vanilla. Tea. Toasty. Umami. Finishes dry & salty. No bitterness as it slowly fades away…

Summary: Direct kinship to great wines of Sauternes. Delivered equal thrills on Days 1 & 13

So aromatic & enticing, dusty, red fruit galore, with some minty undergrowth,
On the palate this is plush, yet fresh, dusty, super fine tannins, juicy acidity, a hint of Balsamico umami.
