Fermented in stainless, 24 hour maceration. Then 6 mo. in old barriques. Unfiltered. 12.5% abv. This is their still white made from Vespaiolo, a varietal mainly grown in Veneto (northern Italy) but not sweet. They also make a sparkling and I think an orange version with longer skin contact. — 10 months ago

First lunch in Venice and first taste of this white. Oesteria di Santa Marina. Lemon zest acidic minerals on nose carrying through to palate with a bite that lasts through long finish. Excellent — 2 months ago
Bright and minerally. Really enjoyed this with swordfish. Never heard of this varietal — 2 years ago
Love a good pet nat and this is a fun combo of grape. The tint of an autumn sunset, with its golden orange hue, sets the tone for what’s to come. It looks like the color of men’s cologne, and smells like it too. Initially has a pear-like flavor but it quickly morphs into unsweetened apple sauce. Simple, but does the trick. And does it well. — 2 years ago
