Cherry, cassis, wood chips, eucalyptus on the nose. Very well balanced fruit, tannins, and spice. Definitely a fair amount of oak here, but the fruit is refined with plums, dark cherry, and a fair amount of alcohol. This would be amazing with pasta or steak. — 4 years ago
