Croatian white. Plenty of body & personality, w emphasis on stony white fruits, dry white peach & skin, enough acidity to hold it together. Color next to a friends Loire Sauvignon blanc showed its relative extraction & flavor profile. Had to take photo of rear label as was too much of a curveball for Delectable. Next time this gets served w food, most definitely could hold up & imagine Mediterranean fare might be perfect. — a month ago

Recent trip to Croatia introduced me to a plethora of great wines. Ancient varietals are awesome. This one reminded me of a dry reisling. Fruit, acid, clean and light. A server at a local restaurant suggested it for our meal. Nice!! — 7 years ago
