Essentially the evolution of the Enderle & Moll concept. Sven E. often took more wine making risks. Sometimes poor genius. Sometimes at the edge. I love this gamble. But it does not always pay off - here it did.

One of our guests at dinner when I poured the wine was the teen who’d never had Reisling. She loved the wine. I think she’s hooked! 😆
My son is in his thirties he also prefers Rieslings.
It’s a good white wine start off the journey.

Opened the 97 Monprivato back in spring and it wasn’t showing that well. This one seems fresher, more balanced. Not just fully mature but beginning a very slow decline. Nonetheless the depth of fruit, richness of the tar, smoke, herb, and sous bois is terrific. — a month ago

Terrific now and no point in holding further. Classic aged Nebbiolo profile. Beautiful aromatics and lovely wood smoke, iron, tar, dark berry fruit in the mouth. — 3 days ago
