Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

2017 vintage. Lots of depth without being too heavy. Black raspberry, spice box, black currant. Restrained. More Bordeaux style. — a year ago

Ma Princesse Russian River Valley Chardonnay 2020

This is a serious Chardonnay. Tastes like a little skin contact…a touch hazy with a little bitterness. Grapefruit pith. Blood orange. Pistachio, fennel. Lemon balm. This will age well but not for long. Drink in 4-6. — a year ago

Ma Douce Sonoma County Chardonnay 2012

9.5

Outstanding w/ 10 years in bottle. Honeysuckle, lemon, lime, stone fruit, crème, powdery minerals, beautiful acidity, white & yellow flowers, amazing structure, balance and finish for days.

Best Chardonnay since I had the 96 Gaja Chardonnay at the property out of magnum in 2015.

Noemi Vineyards

Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Same comments as before. Needs a decant. An hour + in it really softens and opens us nicely. At that point it all comes in balance. Black fruit, high acidity, strong tannins and ease up with air. Drinks well. — a year ago
