We shall see whether the pale #garnacha from #cebreros and #gredos shall continue in popularity? It’s nice and I would suggest drinking it slightly chilled, but I feel like these wines are muted and will not evolve well for bottle aging due to lack of tannins and anthocyanins and 15% alcohol.
