As a fan of Both Irish whiskey and stouts, this bottle was something of a revelation. A subtle nose with hints of rich caramel, coffee, and Turkish honey. A beautiful oaky topaz in color, this playful whiskey enlivens and delights the palette. Best enjoyed neat and alone on a snowy Midwestern night.
