Fresh, quite dry #provencerose with a very shy aroma, robust acidity and some mineral notes on the palate. I wasn’t expecting the long finish with some slight bitter notes. Like most Rosé wines I’ve tasted, it’s quite flexible for pairing with a light lunch of almost anything. — 6 years ago

Copper-colored #provencerose with dominant acidity, light strawberry and watermelon notes and typical soft herbal notes. I’m usually a big fan of bright acidity but here it’s off balance. — 5 years ago
