Still holding up, the fruit has matured but still an excellent American blend of Italian grapes, Nebbiolo, primitivo, barbera, nerello mascalese

Big black cherry aroma with some brown sugar. Fresh fennel upfront, very crisp. Soft body that rolls on the tongue. Orange liquor finish

Not as good as the white wine. Good structure and tannin with dried rose, brick dust, some dark cherries, a bit of pepper. The rose stands out at multiple points in the palate. Probably has many years of evolution.
