Tonight's wine I have opened the 2015 Albino Rocca Barbaresco.
On the nose there is strawberry, raspberry, black cherry, roses, vanilla and a good earthy component.
On the mlm palate ther is strawberry, raspberry, tart cherry, star anise, spice, mint and good earth.
The wine is medium bodied with a silky mouth feel, medium + acidity and medium fine grippy tannins that lead right into a long fruit filled finish. For this weekend let's all enjoy a nice wine or two and please stay safe. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷

Great medium price barbaresco. A little bit sweet by nose. Medium bodied, balanced palate. Very nice accomplished by breasola and meat.
