Clear and clean. Smells of pears and fresh crisp stone fruits but tasted of white melon, honeysuckle, and candied lemon.

Ripe pineapple and mango on the nose. The bouquet is worth 90% of the score, because it’s so unique and luscious. Lemon citrus on the front balanced with a mineral finish make this this this a yummy Cab Sauv. Absolutely delish!

Jan 18th, 2020The bouquet is worth most of 90 points all by itself! Intense tropical fruits — pineapple and ripe mango — on the nose. But the other components make it even better. Lemon citrus on the front, balanced by a tart mineral finish. A very unique Sauv Blanc, but utterly delish!
