Nov 25th, 2020Warm orange in colour, cloudy, non filtered & biodynamic.
Aggressive at first, mellows with time revealing fresh tangerine and tart grapefruit, hay, bruised apples and some earthy notes. On the palate razor sharp with juicy acidity and tea like tannins. Some saltiness and a slight bitter accent adds complexity. Lacks the substance & complexity to be a great orange wine, but has enough originality to be good.

Tasted like a still version of Sottofondo (but not nearly as great), awesome multi-layered orange color, dry, citrusy, finish had a Sunny D quality, in a good way.
