Liked that it was a little sweet. Not enough body, a little watery

Sipping Fine Wine

Deep Ruby color, dark fruits on the nose. Structured with Cab Sauvignon, adding Zinfandel Merlot and Syrah. The palate is dry and a little tannic with dark fruits and spice coming through. Medium finish, Easy drinking, ending with spice notes. Not bad for a $11 red.

Dark ruby in color with a short purplish rim.

Fruity on the nose with blackberries, blueberries, sweet plums, light oak, chocolates, vanilla, licorice, spices, cloves, peppercorn.

Full-bodied with medium acidity and nice legs.

Dry to off dry on the palate with sweet cherries, black plums, blackberries, raisins, spices, wood, vanilla, cloves, mocha, chocolates and peppercorn.

Medium plus on the finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.

This red blend from California is drinking nicely. Simple and drinkable by itself. Not very sophisticated, but always a favorite in a party scenario. Ripe and jammy. Might be sweet for some.

A blend of Zinfandel, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

83 points.

$9.

It's not a bold wine but it's quite pleasant. On the nose and on the palate, it is a simple chocolate and cherry composition. Maybe also a vanilla.

Fruit forward, full bodied, easy to drink without food. Which is often difficult with red wines. Not dry or sweet, just right.

Smooth wine with a hint of strength. A nice wine with some dogs on the grill. Really like this one!
