Slow to hatch but turned into a beautiful wine after about an hour. Upfront deep dark dried fruit infused with notes of leather and graphite. Matured tannins fully integrated with the wine gave it a lingering finish and a desire for more. Paired very well with aged gouda cheese and truffle infused salami.
