El Dorado Gamay Noir
Beautiful. Some tropical notes on the nose, Jess and I are picking up watermelon and bruised strawberry. (In a good way.) Some chocolate covered strawberries down the hatch with mint and lavender.

Mar 28th, 2019Pale ruby. Aromas of strawberry, cranberry, and slightly green, leafy scent. Light bodied with red berry fruit and high acid. Worked well for our party to share at brunch with a variety of plates. 12.5% ABV.

Nov 12th, 2018Wild strawberry mixed with CA “garrigue” and spice. Infused, not extracted, gracious and joyful to gulp down with burgers and conversations about previous cellar tales. Thanks for sharing @Tom 'Sqomi' Inners

Apr 5th, 2021Medium ruby with so much strawberry on the nose. There’s some faint vanilla and funk to go along with the fruit, but the strawberry is very dominant initially. Very light bodied, dry, and some of the brightest acidity this side of France. Far more Old World than New, this is so much fun to drink and refreshing, as well. One bottle really doesn’t last very long. Red fruit still lively on the palate with some blueberry pie and fresh herbs playing backup. I loved everything about this wine. Maybe the best Gamay Noir outside of France, I don’t know. I just know it’s terrific.
