Our favorite Aubert is the appellation blend. Exceptional at what we consider to be a reasonable price for such a high quality example.

Light citrus in the nose with citrus, especially lemon and brioche in the palate. Balanced acidity with a long pleasant finish. Paired well with Mediterranean herbed Gouda and a gluten free sea-salt cracker

Full bodied, satiny structure and light wooded Chardonnay, not bad for the Friday afternoon.

Showed a bit tight, even after a thorough decanting. I’d hold off on popping the 18’s.

Aromas of lemon curd and white flowers. Crushed gravel and stone fruit on the palate. Seemingly a softer oak treatment than his single vineyard chards. Bright acidity on the finish. A wonderful blend.
