Grifi Toscana Red Blend

Wonderful nose. Deep color. Bold with medium tannins. Red fruit, pepper, and oak on the palate. Nice finish.

Fairly light in color. Decent but muted nose. Bright red fruit on the palate. Balanced tannins and light finish.

3rd Anniversary Dinner at Barsotti’s. Fruit forward and big wine.

50% Sangiovese and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark ruby coloration. On the nose, cherry, raspberry, cassis, peppers, minerals, vanilla and cocoa . On the palate, rich, full bodied, cherry, red berry, anise, vanilla, minerals and chocolate. Long, long chocolate finish with some notes of the fruit as well.
