Deep red this wine a blend of Sangiovese with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon sets off aromas of elegant berry fruit with wild flower notes. The palate is complex with sweet red berries, an array of spices, some leather and oak, very balanced, with a touch of earthiness. Very smooth tannins with an elegant finish. Still developing!

From magnum. Decanted for 3 hours. Gorgeous bright cherry and raspberry fruit flavor with good acidity. Paired with the fried shrimp and chicken parm nicely.
