Initially very backward but after letting it slow-ox for about two hours this transformed into a fully expressive and wild beauty. Mulberries, cherries, espresso, oregano...oh my. Really digging this. On the palate it’s dark cherries, cocoa, espresso, minerals; finish is long...almost savory. The purity and texture is quite compelling. Built to last.

ロッソやキャンティが薄旨な造り手のブルネッロということで、その辺りを期待して飲んだが、結構な凝縮感と果実味。もちろん、エレガンスも旨味もしっかりあって、美味しいことには違いないんだけど、サン・ジュゼッペ的な仕上がりを期待していたので少し残念。
もう少し寝かせても良かったのかもね。
