Very rich first sip with a cooling very middle taste leading into a refreshing tang that is very complimenting to rare meat. Would recommend with goat and smoked salmon.

Young, tannic, I'm missing some finesse and seduction. Maybe in a few years? On day 2: more tobacco, licorice and earth. A bit of air really works with this one.

Heady perfume of red fruit preserve and cooking spices - in particular anise. Nice weight and concentration for a Langhe Nebbiolo. Impressive.
