Normal service has been resumed.
In my opinion, this represents a benchmark in RRV chards.
Prior notes apply.
Raising a glass to Ruth Bader Ginsburg. What an impact she has had on our society. The world would be a much better place if we had more women in places of influence.

Another excellent showing in a very challenging year from this producer. It even grabbed the attention of wifey when she tasted it. Wines from the Baciaglupi vineyard are always tough to describe. They possess an atypical signature of flavors and complexity, which make them worth seeking out. Hints of lychees combine with baked bread and raw almonds. Lifted acidity keeps you returning for more - well done.

Freshly baked pastry and peaches bring together a great ensemble. In its youth, it was an ugly duckling - ugly no more! It’s now soft and rounded, suggesting short-term cellaring only. Beautiful layers and texture, but minimal acidity - @ Domodomo, NYC.

This has evolved to a great place. Loads of caramel and pears on the nose. Palate is rich and dense. Notes of apple crumble and orchard fruits. White flowers and soft spices bring up the rear - Jean Georges, Sag Harbor.

Excellent showing. Further improving with age. Wifey giving this two thumbs up. Her numbers apply. Complexity, layers and texture are all evident. Honied nose, combined with with pine cones and honeycomb on the palate. Soft acid profile, but overall, this is a complete package. Just ordered some more.

Nose of oyster mushroom, water chestnut, and white peach. At PnP tastes of herbal green notes, but opened over time into unctuous deliciousness. Tastes of red grapefruit, toasted coconut, butterscotch candy. Absolutely layered complexity. Even greater on day 2.
