Oh plum! More fruit than tannin, lush and yet not jammy. There's a richness here that's uncommon to many Italian wines. Approachable, it goes well as a sipper or paired with a meaty ragout.

Great structure and body. There is supertuscan funk.. but I cannot detect Sangiovese very readily. Food wine. All the way.

I wish I knew how to properly describe the flavors...rich, bold? I think you can taste the barrel, the flavors are really good..this is something to remember.
