Very good. Surprisingly young at 11 years and imagine this has many more ahead of it with increasing complexity and integration of its substantial components. Impressive if a bit large-scaled.

Allow plenty of time to open up, worth the wait. I paired it with beef short rib with espresso and cocoa reduction. 28 March 2014, Sky City (Space Needle), Seattle.
