Another very nice 2011 Napa Cabernet. Dark fruit, pencil-lead minerality. Chocolate notes. Nice acidity. Long.

Opaque purple with a ruby rim showing brambley red fruit, crushed violets and cocoa on the nose. Medium bodied and a lighter feminine style mountain cab with tobacco, roasted plum, cassis and baking spices. The finish is dry with grippy tannins and fleshy acidity. #springmountaincabernet

Ripe and rich, yet balanced. Friendly mountain fruit. Mineral undertones. Soft, dusty, skin tannin. Drinkable now. Enjoyable.
