Love this. Honey, lees, pear, chalk, some fruit cake, some citrus more like lemon curd. Great with salty food. Very dry. There’s a nice roundness though to middle palate. Definitely austere side of champs. 2015 harvest, disgorged 2019.

Happy Friday!🍾 Not a bad one, but not outstanding. Strong bubbles. Had it before (and with) BBQ chicken thighs and basil red cabbage slaw. The slaw didn't turn out great, but the overall meal was just fine 🙂
