Deep ruby old vine Barossa Valley Shiraz. Pronounced nose with loads of black and baked fruit flavour. Has had 16 months in oak which give a great balance. This is powerful with high acidity, high tannins and 15% alcohol. Did I detect some liquorice on the palate? #wsetschool
