80% Nerello Mascalese 20% Nerello Capuccio. From the N and S sides of Mt. Etna, aged in stainless steel. Light in color and body. Cherry fruit, combination of sweet and sour cherry. Minerally.

Pale translucent ruby garnet almost sunset orange rimming halo. Nose is shy at first - dusty red fruit plum with thick wax skin. Gently floral. Tastes lightly of cherry with something savory or elemental. Iron? Gravel? Clay? Simple but not unpleasant.
