カリカンテ100%ステンレス熟成。
息子の10歳の誕生日ということで開けてみた。
いかにもいい葡萄を感じる濃いめの色。
少し熟成したカリンや黄桃、オイリーなニュアンス、蜜リンゴ、枇杷、ミント、後にはシャープな酸。
熟成感があるので、2本のうち一本はもう少し早めに開けても良かったのかも…

May 13th, 2025French onion chicken pairing and some went into the dish. This bottle was a touch off from first opening. Missing some of the bright fruit flavors I expected based on past ‘15 and ‘16 and ‘17 bottles.

Really nice with some mellow acidity and good minerality. But a lot more body and complexity than like a Greco do tufo. Seafood pasta is a perfect pair here
